{"id":666,"date":"2022-06-13T22:08:15","date_gmt":"2022-06-14T01:08:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luizinhomoreira.com.br\/?p=666"},"modified":"2022-06-13T22:17:05","modified_gmt":"2022-06-14T01:17:05","slug":"comissoes-de-financas-e-legislacao-aprovam-parecer-favoravel-a-ldo-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luizinhomoreira.com.br\/?p=666","title":{"rendered":"Comiss\u00f5es de Finan\u00e7as e Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o aprovam parecer favor\u00e1vel a LDO 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na tarde desta segunda-feira (13), como presidente e relator da Comiss\u00e3o de Finan\u00e7as e Or\u00e7amento <strong>(CFO)<\/strong>, presidi a reuni\u00e3o que<strong> aprovou o parecer referente ao Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 40\/2022<\/strong>, de autoria do Executivo Municipal, que trata da <strong>Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias \u2013 LDO\/2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O parecer foi aprovado por unanimidade pela Comiss\u00e3o de Finan\u00e7as e Or\u00e7amento <strong>(CFO)<\/strong> e em seguida, da mesma forma, pela Comiss\u00e3o de Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, Justi\u00e7a e Reda\u00e7\u00e3o Final <strong>(CLJRF)<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A seguir, o parecer foi apresentado aos demais vereadores. Agora a propositura ser\u00e1 <strong>discutida e votada em plen\u00e1rio,<\/strong> com a anu\u00eancia de todos os legisladores, a partir da<strong> pr\u00f3xima segunda-feira (20)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A<strong> LDO<\/strong> \u00e9 elaborada anualmente e tem como objetivo apontar as prioridades or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias para o pr\u00f3ximo ano. \u00c9 com base nela que se prepara posteriormente a Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual <strong>(LOA)<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m disso, ambas as pe\u00e7as devem contemplar o que foi estabelecido no Plano Plurianual <strong>(PPA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color
