No entanto, a <strong>prefeitura j\u00e1 come\u00e7ou a notificar os im\u00f3veis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se <strong>ap\u00f3s a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da multa<\/strong> o propriet\u00e1rio <strong>deixar de limpar o terreno<\/strong>, <strong>a<\/strong> <strong>Prefeitura poder\u00e1 fazer a limpeza<\/strong>, mas cobrar\u00e1 do propriet\u00e1rio, al\u00e9m do <strong>dobro do valor da multa<\/strong>, o <strong>valor do servi\u00e7o tamb\u00e9m<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 de total <strong>responsabilidade do propriet\u00e1rio do im\u00f3vel<\/strong> a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>im\u00f3vel limpo<\/strong>, <strong>murado <\/strong>ou cercado, bem como a<strong> remo\u00e7\u00e3o de entulhos,<\/strong> restos de material de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, mato (capina), m\u00f3veis velhos, entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os descuidos desses im\u00f3veis tem causado s\u00e9rios<strong> transtornos<\/strong>, como a <strong>prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o de animais<\/strong> vetores de v\u00e1rias doen\u00e7as e, principalmente, <strong>inc\u00eandios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Confira abaixo um resumo das normas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li><em><strong>O Im\u00f3vel deve estar limpo e cercado com muro ou outro tipo de fechamento adequado;<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>O passeio deve ser mantido desobstru\u00eddo, com livre passagem para pedestres, mesmo que seja comercial;<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>Proibido jogar lixo em terreno pr\u00f3prio ou de terceiros;<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>Lixo dom\u00e9stico e recicl\u00e1veis devem ser colocados no ponto de coleta nos dias programados. Sua coleta \u00e9 de responsabilidade da Prefeitura<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>Entulhos, restos de material de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, mato (capinas), moveis inutilizados, \u00e9 de responsabilidade do propriet\u00e1rio a sua remo\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>Descumprimento da lei, pelo propriet\u00e1rio ou locat\u00e1rio do im\u00f3vel, haver\u00e1 advert\u00eancia com prazo de 10 dias para regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>Se n\u00e3o for regularizado, ser\u00e1 aplica multas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a cada <\/strong><\/em><strong><em>im\u00f3vel;<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><em><strong>Se o infrator n\u00e3o pagar a multa, o valor ser\u00e1 dobrado;<\/strong><\/em><\/li><li><em><strong>N\u00e3o cumprindo a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o, pelo propriet\u00e1rio, a prefeitura poder\u00e1 executar a limpeza e cobrar do propriet\u00e1rio o custo do servi\u00e7o, sem preju\u00edzo da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o das penalidades cab\u00edveis<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o pune o propriet\u00e1rio que ignora a limpeza de lotes, terrenos baldios, constru\u00e7\u00f5es abandonadas ou desocupadas.
