{"id":3221,"date":"2025-01-23T20:37:47","date_gmt":"2025-01-23T23:37:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luizinhomoreira.com.br\/?p=3221"},"modified":"2025-01-23T20:37:48","modified_gmt":"2025-01-23T23:37:48","slug":"por-falta-de-parecer-juridico-no-sistema-projeto-de-lei-e-suspenso-de-votacao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luizinhomoreira.com.br\/?p=3221","title":{"rendered":"Por falta de parecer jur\u00eddico no sistema, Projeto de Lei \u00e9 suspenso de vota\u00e7\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na reuni\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria de hoje (23), o <strong>vereador Leone Nascimento<\/strong>, lider do Executivo na C\u00e2mara, <strong>pediu suspens\u00e3o<\/strong> das discuss\u00f5es e vota\u00e7\u00e3o Projeto de Lei n\u00b0 03\/2025, at\u00e9 a pr\u00f3xima segunda-feira. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O vereador alegou que o <strong>parecer jur\u00eddico n\u00e3o est\u00e1 lan\u00e7ado no sistema da C\u00e2mara,<\/strong> e que por isso o Projeto n\u00e3o poderia tramitar, <strong>mesmo em car\u00e1ter de urg\u00eancia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com o R.I &#8211; Regimento Interno, o referido projeto carece dos pareceres jur\u00eddico; da comiss\u00e3o de Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, Justi\u00e7a, \u00c9tica e Reda\u00e7\u00e3o Final, al\u00e9m da Comiss\u00e3o de Finan\u00e7as e Or\u00e7amento.
